In recent years, much of his work has involved innovations in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Gad drafts and prosecutes patent applications worldwide across a wide range of technologies, including computer systems, medical devices, cybersecurity, telecommunications, telephony, mobile applications, and mechanical inventions. He also provides legal opinions on patentability and freedom to operate.
Drawing on extensive prior experience in the high-tech industry — as a software engineer, product manager, and entrepreneur — Gad brings a deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of innovation. This allows him to craft IP strategies that are aligned with the commercial goals of inventors, startups, and growing companies.
Gad is also a frequent speaker on topics related to intellectual property, entrepreneurship, and patent monetization.
